Breakfast is served in the dining room where you can join other guests at the large oak table.

Breakfast

Cereals, fruit juice, fresh fruit and yoghurts are available with a full English breakfast to follow.
Much of the food is locally produced including eggs from the chickens that Mike keeps at his local smallholding and bacon and sausages from the local butchers.

Guests are also able to enjoy home-made bread with their breakfast.

We have a Breakfast Award from Visit England, so you can be assured of a quality breakfast!

Afternoon Tea

After a long day walking or touring, afternoon tea can be provided on request, to include:

• A selection of home-made cakes
• Yorkshire teas and coffee
• Hot chocolate
• Home-made bread and preserves

Packed Lunches

Packed lunches are available on request.

Evening Meals

Please note that Cowscot House is Bed and Breakfast only – we do not provide evening meals, but there is an excellent choice of places nearby to eat in the evening – just take a look at our page on eating out!
