North Yorkshire B&B Cowscot House has four guest bedrooms, three doubles and one twin, which are all on the ground floor, with en-suite facilities, TV and free Wi-Fi. Two of the bedrooms are in the converted barn and two are in the adjoining stables overlooking the courtyard garden. Each bedroom has the following:

- Duvets on the beds, but blankets available
- A selection of teas, coffees and biscuits
- Digital television
- Comfortable armchairs

Bedroom 1 looks out on to Back Lane and the fields beyond. It has a King size double bed and an en-suite bathroom and features a beamed ceiling with an arched window and a wooden floor.

Bedroom 3 – King sized double with en-suite shower room
Bedroom 3 is located in the converted stables and looks out on to the courtyard garden. It has a King size double bed and an en-suite shower room. It features a beamed ceiling and has a carpeted floor.
Bedroom 4 – Twin bedded room with en-suite shower room
Bedroom 4 is a twin room with en-suite shower room. It is located in the converted stables, with windows looking out on to the courtyard garden. It features a beamed ceiling and has a carpeted floor.
